ABOUT COACCI
COACCI é uma joalheria nascida da travessia.
Da Itália para Minas Gerais, de séculos de ourivesaria para o presente, de mãos anônimas que moldaram ouro em Roma no século XVIII até um ateliê brasileiro que hoje conversa com o mundo.
A história começa com Vincenzo Coacci (1756–?), ourives italiano que estudou com Luigi Valadier, um dos maiores nomes da ourivesaria romana. Vincenzo trabalhou na Roma neoclássica, criando peças litúrgicas e escultóricas que uniam precisão técnica e caráter sagrado.
Sua linhagem permaneceu ativa na ourivesaria até o século XIX.
Do outro lado, os Mosci trouxeram de Ancona a mesma disciplina artística.
Bodio Mosci, tio-avô do fundador da COACCI, começou a trabalhar como ourives no fim do século XIX, na pequena Ostra, Itália. Décadas depois, já no Brasil, fundou a Joalheria e Relojoaria Zenith, um marco em Belo Horizonte.
Esse fio — Coacci e Mosci — atravessou oceanos e gerações até chegar às mãos de quem hoje o assume como missão.
O nascimento da COACCI
A COACCI surgiu em Minas Gerais como um ateliê que trata a joia não como ornamento, mas como escultura.
O ouro, a madeira e as pedras se tornam memória, gesto e permanência.
As madeiras — sobretudo as antigas, de demolição, de mobiliário familiar ou fragmentos que já carregavam uma história — tornaram-se parte essencial da linguagem da COACCI.
Elas deram origem a anéis que ganharam o mundo e abriram portas para algo que mudou o rumo da joalheria autoral brasileira.
Atravessando fronteiras
Foi justamente esse trabalho — híbrido, ousado, profundamente autoral — que conduziu a COACCI ao cenário internacional.
A marca participou de exposições em Milão e teve obras publicadas no prestigiado livro da Artistar, referência na joalheria de arte contemporânea italiana.
A repercussão abriu espaço para uma presença que continua a se expandir.
Ricardo Coacci foi convidado para palestrar em universidades brasileiras, em Minas Gerais e em Santa Maria (RS), e também no exterior, no tradicional CINDOR – Escola de Ourivesaria de Gondomar, em Portugal — um dos centros de formação mais respeitados da Europa.
Joias da COACCI apareceram em revistas de moda, websites especializados e plataformas internacionais de design, alcançando leitores nos Estados Unidos, França, Reino Unido, Alemanha, Países Baixos, Hong Kong, Japão, Rússia, Turquia, Israel, e muitos outros.
O arquivo digital da marca — o Blogspot que se tornou um patrimônio — já recebeu mais de 300 mil visualizações ao longo dos anos, com público em mais de 30 países.

COACCI is a jewelry house born from a journey.
From Italy to Minas Gerais, from centuries of goldsmithing to the present, from anonymous hands shaping gold in eighteenth-century Rome to a Brazilian atelier that now speaks to the world.
The story begins with Vincenzo Coacci (1756–?), an Italian goldsmith who trained under Luigi Valadier, one of the greatest names in Roman metalwork. Vincenzo worked in neoclassical Rome, creating liturgical and sculptural pieces that combined technical precision with a sacred character.
His lineage remained active in the art of goldsmithing until the nineteenth century.
On the other side of the family, the Mosci, from Ancona, brought the same artistic discipline.
Bodio Mosci, great-uncle of the founder of COACCI, began working as a goldsmith at the end of the nineteenth century in the small town of Ostra, Italy. Decades later, already in Brazil, he founded Joalheria e Relojoaria Zenith, a landmark in Belo Horizonte.
The thread between these histories — Coacci and Mosci — was never broken.
It crossed oceans, lived in silence, passed through Sira Mosci and Alfredo Dante Coacci, and arrived in the hands of the one who now embraces this heritage not as a weight, but as a mission.
The birth of COACCI
COACCI emerged in Minas Gerais as an atelier that treats jewelry not as ornament, but as sculpture.
Gold, wood and gemstones become memory, gesture and permanence.
Wood — especially antique fragments, reclaimed pieces, or materials carrying histories of their own — became an essential part of COACCI’s language.
They gave rise to rings that traveled the world and opened doors that changed the course of contemporary Brazilian authorial jewelry.
Crossing borders
It was precisely this hybrid, bold and deeply authorial work that led COACCI onto the international stage.
The brand took part in exhibitions in Milan and had pieces published in the prestigious Artistar book, a reference in contemporary Italian art jewelry.
This recognition opened space for a presence that continues to expand.
Ricardo Coacci has been invited to lecture at Brazilian universities, in Minas Gerais and Santa Maria (RS), and abroad at CINDOR – Escola de Ourivesaria de Gondomar, in Portugal — one of Europe’s most respected goldsmithing schools.
COACCI’s pieces have appeared in fashion magazines, specialized websites, and international design platforms, reaching readers in the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Japan, Russia, Turkey, Israel and many others.
