Iniciado como um desenho em 2011, Splendore foi desenvolvido ao longo de catorze meses por meio de investigação escultórica, seleção de gemas e criação de lapidações exclusivas.

Concluído em 31 de outubro de 2012, marca o primeiro trabalho da coleção Flores de Minas Gerais.

A composição é estruturada em ouro 18k, envolvendo um volume central — forma de botão — esculpido à mão em vinhático atribuído (Plathymenia reticulata, attr.), madeira nativa do cerrado brasileiro, historicamente associada à escultura e à marcenaria fina durante o ciclo do ouro.

No topo, topázio imperial e safira azul estabelecem o eixo cromático.
Na base, uma ametista Rose de France em briolette é suspensa no interior da estrutura, introduzindo uma sutil sensação de movimento.

Todas as gemas foram lapidadas por Elias Martins.

Initiated as a drawing in 2011, Splendore was developed over fourteen months through sculptural investigation, gemstone selection, and the creation of bespoke cuts.

Completed on October 31, 2012, it marks the first work of the Flores de Minas Gerais collection.

The composition is structured in 18k gold, enclosing a central volume — a bud-like form — hand-carved in attributed vinhático (Plathymenia reticulata, attr.), a native hardwood of the Brazilian cerrado, historically associated with sculpture and fine woodworking during the gold cycle.

At the top, Imperial topaz and blue sapphire establish the chromatic axis.
At the base, a Rose de France amethyst in briolette is suspended within the structure, introducing a subtle sense of movement.

All gemstones were cut by lapidary Elias Martins.
