Baroque Volutes Bracelets

A voluta, com seu movimento em espiral, é um dos elementos recorrentes da ornamentação barroca.

Aqui, ela percorre a superfície das pulseiras em uma gravação contínua, criando um desenho que acompanha a curva do metal. O motivo se repete, mas nunca parece estático. A luz encontra as cavidades e os relevos e altera a leitura da superfície conforme a pulseira se move.

Executadas em diferentes tonalidades de ouro, as peças exploram a mesma linguagem ornamental por meio da matéria e da luz.

The volute, with its spiralling movement, is a recurring element in Baroque ornamentation.

Here, it runs continuously across the surface of the bracelets, following the curve of the metal. The motif repeats without appearing static. Light enters the recesses and catches the raised surfaces, changing the reading of the engraving as the bracelet moves.

Executed in different tones of gold, the pieces explore the same ornamental language through metal and light.
